Here are the nine steps to experiencing excellent business IT solutions with QSoft Vietnam:
 

1.  Determining Specifications:

At the very beginning of the engineering process, the QSoft Vietnam team will work with the client to determine what the most critical needs are and how the client envisions the solution. The final outcome of the specifications step will be a proposal with a specification document.

2.  Fine Tuning the Specifications:

Before moving forward on a project, the QSoft Vietnam team will meet with the business, either online or on site, to fine tune the document and propose a delivery schedule of the solution. Our goal of meeting the needs of our clients rests on an excellent relationship and a perfect understanding of what the client expects of the project outcome. At this step, project plan and proposed deliver date will be hosted by the QSoft Vietnam team on http://pm.qsoftvietnam.com.

3.  Analysis and Design:

The client becomes the QSoft Vietnam team’s supervisor – commenting and evaluating the wire-frame, data flow-diagram, data storage, synchronization and system design that is developed during this step. The QSoft Vietnam team will provide an update to the client every 2 working days.

4.  Prototyping

QSoft Vietnam will prepare and review a prototype of the IT solution – with client input at every step. The review of the prototype is the key to the smooth implementation of the customized IT solution. QSoft Vietnam makes sure the client has time to review and approve the prototype.

5.  Interim Release

The QSoft Vietnam team will code the interim release. This is where QSoft Vietnam takes over the project – giving the client a breather. Our highly skilled coders will create the customized IT Solution for the client.

6.  Testing and Documentation

This critical step involves the client at an optimum level for success. Intensive testing from the client, the QSoft Vietnam team will develop the support documentation and tweak the customized IT solution. Rightly so, this step is usually the longest. This is the step where the QSoft Vietnam team makes sure the client is getting the unique IT solutions that were detailed in step 3.  Intensive testing and retesting, and going through the customized IT solution module by module are required, so that the Beta Release will seem like a Stable Release!

7.  Beta Release

QSoft Vietnam releases the Beta version of the client’s unique IT solution. Depending on client specifications, the Beta release will be deployed on the server or sent in a package for pc installation. The approved Beta release will become the stable, final release. For software packaging (PC installation) the QSoft Vietnam team will provide a license key.   

8.  Implementation of Final Release

The QSoft Vietnam team, after the Beta testing has been met with complete satisfaction by the client, will release the stable final version of the customized IT solution.

9.  Support and Maintenance

Depending on client needs and project specifications, the QSoft Vietnam team will be available for support and maintenance for up to two months after implementation.
